SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, and to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson.
At Neeko Tours we are committed to improving the lives of those in our community and your tour dollars will help make a difference. We feel so passionately about this that we set up a “Support the Community” initiative.
We believe that improving society is achieved through high quality education. We are committed to investing a percentage of our profits into educating disadvantaged Tanzanian youth. These young people will be tomorrow’s intellectual and moral leaders.
How we do it?
We select children, in our community, from impoverished families who would otherwise be unable to afford an education and provide them with the means to offset the expenses incurred by schooling.
You can choose to be part of this great initiative by booking your tour with us and know that you will have contributed to educating our future leaders.
As the old African Proverb says, “It takes a village to raise a child.” We would love for you to join ours.
