This 5 Day Tanzania Budget or Camping Safari allows us experience the highlights of the Northern Safari Circuit. We experience breathtaking wildlife in the midst of diverse landscapes; monkeys in the forest, lions on the trees, elephants amongst the acacias and a huge variety of animals inside a collapsed volcano. We also visit The Serengeti National Park, home to some 3 million animals. These spectacular grass plains offer the best opportunity of viewing cheetah, leopard, and lion, in the true wild.

Arrive in Tanzania
Upon arrival at the airport, your driver shall pick you up and drive to your hotel in Arusha. Have a rest and prepare for your safari in the next morning.

Detailed Itenary
DAY 1: Drive to Tarangire National Park
Leave Arusha after breakfast at the hotel. Enter the Tarangire National Park for a full game drive in the park. Tarangire is one of the best National Parks in Northern Tanzania, renowned for its massive Elephants and big baobab trees which gives the landscape its looks. We shall have our picnic lunch and carry on with our search for the animals the rest of afternoon. Common animals of the Tarangire include animals such as the Wildebeests, Zebras, Common eland, Hartebeests, Gazelles, Buffalos, Lions, and Elephants. Later in the evening drive to the Camp for overnight.

DAY 2: Drive to Serengeti
After breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park with lunch boxes via Ngorongoro Conservation area, on a clear day you get to see all the way around the crater. You will proceed to Serengeti game enroute to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Full Day Game Drive in Central Serengeti.
Full day game drive in the Serengeti, one of the most stunning wildlife sanctuaries in the world. The name comes from the Maasai word “Siringet” meaning “Endless plains”. This vast Savannah hosts the world’s largest surviving concentration of wildlife. In addition to the short grasses there are beautiful rocky out-cropping called Kopjes and thousands of acres of bush and acacia woodland. Return for a relaxed evening to the camp.

DAY 4: Morning Game Drive in Central Serengeti Overnight at Ngorongoro/Karatu.
After breakfast morning game drive in Serengeti, enjoying the huge open spaces and variety of wildlife. In the afternoon drive to Ngorongoro conservation area to Simba Campsite along crater rim where you will get a nice view of the crater in the evening time before dinner.

DAY 5: Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater and Transfer Arusha.
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro conservation area descending into the crater for game viewing on the world heritage Site-Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is the home of the largest African mammals. Here it is possible to see elephants, prides of lion, hippos, a resident herd of wildebeest, zebra, various gazelles, baboons and the black rhino. Lunch will be taken at a picnic site at the water’s edge. Late afternoon ascends back to the crater rim seeing more wildlife along the way proceed to drive back to Arusha.
