Jonas Gerald Mollel:
Jonas is a Maasai warrior, born and raised in the famous Northern part of the country – Arusha region known as Geneva of Africa.
He launched his guiding career in 2004 on the rocky slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt Meru and Oldonyo Lengai, starting as a porter, then a mountain guide and finally a safari guide. Jonas’ outgoing personality and serious outlook make travellers feel at ease right from the start. He loves geology, botany and wildlife and is happy to share his passion with everyone.
Jonas is fluent in English, Kiswahili, Maasai and Little German.
